It’s time to switch to strategic, responsive, future-proof IT.
Mino IT’s leading Managed IT Services put your business first. Swap headaches, downtime and frustration for cutting-edge technology, proactive service and peace of mind.
We see it all the time.
You’re a CEO with a business to run and IT is taking up too much of your time.
The essentials aren’t being met. You’re dealing with ineffective systems and suffering a frustrating, low-quality day-to-day experience.
You have a feeling your IT isn’t best practice or current. It’s static and you’re not moving with the times when it comes to updates and the latest technology.
The one-size-fits-all or tick-a-box IT solution is no longer cutting it. You’re fed up with standard solutions that don’t take your business’s unique needs into account.
You didn’t realise your IT wasn’t up to scratch until an issue arose, the system went down and you couldn’t do business. And when you asked what was what going on, they didn’t have the answers.
Your business, its needs, people, and objectives aren’t being taken into account and there’s no bigger picture plan for the future.
Your team don’t get quick resolutions when issues arise – and there are more and more of them. It’s driving you mad hearing staff complain about IT all the time. You have work to do and need to get back to running your business.
You’re worried about virus protection, losing precious company data and time if your IT goes down. What’s more, you don’t know what your backup solution is if things go wrong.
Your current provider isn’t listening to your concerns or acting on your feedback.
Even as the CEO, you can’t get your provider to spend the time talking things through.
If you’re thinking there’s a better way to manage your IT – you’d be right
As CEO, you’re responsible for managing an entire business, which means you don’t have time to deal with employee complaints about poor IT services. You want best-practice, customised IT that helps you now, and readies you for the future.
At Mino IT, we see ourselves as your partner. We make a genuine and concerted effort to understand your business strategy and ensure your IT supports your goals.
We take the time to understand where your support is at now, and where you need it to be. We then make a plan to get there and over time, move you to a new standard. And we only put forward solutions that help to grow your business.

We pride ourselves on the strong relationships we form with our CEO customers. We’ll give you expert counsel and guidance whenever you need, because you’re the boss. There’s no issue we can’t tackle and nothing we can’t take the time to explain.

Yes, we’ll help guide the transition from your current IT provider to Mino IT Managed Services. We’ll take the hassle out of it and make the change swift and pain free.
Mino Managed IT offers a premium service and far greater value for your business than on-call services, when you consider the wholescale benefits of:
The cost of Managed IT varies depending on your business needs and factors such as set up complexity and the number of managed devices. We don’t provide a cookie cut service – it’s tailored for your business – so our prices are customised as well. This means you only pay for what your business really needs, which is the best value for money you can ask for. Give us a call to talk more about what might work for you.
Best practice on boarding stops malicious behaviour, staff complaining on your behalf and accessing systems. But ultimately, it provides you with peace of mind.
Our agreements run for 12 months unless you want to sign for a longer period. Either party may terminate the agreement with 90 days’ notice.
Our clients receive a response to service tickets within 30 minutes. Thanks to remote access, problems are usually resolved very quickly, however resolution times do depend on the complexity of an issue. Regardless of the issue, we keep all parties informed as the problem is resolved and urgent issues take precedence.
We tailor transition and on-boarding processes according to the needs of your business but to give you an idea, the process of coming on board may look like this:
1. We’ll arrange an initial meeting to discuss your company and objectives, your current IT infrastructure, challenges and requirements.
2. We prepare a quote for you following an audit of your system and setup.
3. Following the audit, we’ll brief you on findings and agree a monthly arrangement.
4. We’ll send you a formal agreement to make things official.
5. The fun starts here – the team goes into action, installing remote management agents, collecting user names and passwords and on boarding all users to new systems.
6. Once the above is in place, your business and team are fully supported by Mino IT.
7. We monitor things for two weeks across the on boarding and audit period, then prepare a Forecast Enterprise Architecture (a plan for your whole of business IT). This also takes into account any future business plans including offshore subsidiaries, change of location, team size and increased sites. We’ll keep meeting and checking in, to make sure all your needs are met.
8. We’ll present the Forecast Enterprise Architecture to you and your team, along with recommended projects, to move your business from where you’re at now, to where you want to be. We’ll then discuss which projects we’ll tackle first.
9. We want the best for all of our clients. So when it comes to our proposals, we recommend the highest standard of IT solutions because it’s in our clients’ best interests. We’ll go through your options and make a plan for integrating the best solutions into your business over time.
10. We’ll meet with you on a quarterly basis throughout the first year (and more often if you need) to conduct virtual CIO meetings. We’ll discuss projects, level of service and future requirements, always making sure that you’re getting the support you need and kicking your business goals – because that’s what we’re here for.
Don’t take out word for it – here’s what our CEO customers have to say
We have worked with Mino IT under an MSP agreement and they have provided a very professional, organized and prompt service. Through our quarterly vCIO meetings we have been presented with an excellent range of well researched options regarding future developments for our system. It has also helped with budgeting and keeping our infrastructure up to date. It is nice to deal with IT people who want to help, have a happy disposition and are prepared to go the extra mile when it is needed.
We entered into a monthly Managed Service Agreement with Mino IT and are continually thankful that we did. Our contract with Mino IT means we always have help on hand immediately and consequently have little or no downtime. We have regular meetings with Keith ensuring that our IT needs are kept up to date. Mino IT has taken all the stress of worrying about our computers out of our lives and freed up time for us to concentrate on our business. They are a pleasure to deal with.
Since we have changed our systems over to Mino IT we have enjoyed a far superior service. If there is an issue, generally it can be handled by experienced staff who understand the clients network. At the management level, we have enjoyed your counsel and robust discussion.
We have been utilising Mino IT over the past few years and they have provided an invaluable solution for all of our changing technology needs. They have an excellent understanding of the latest IT technical requirements organisations need as well as the ability to communicate the commercial impact to your business clearly in easy to understand language. I would have no hesitation in recommending Keith and the team.
*The vCIO collaborates with and advises clients’ IT departments and performs the same functions as a conventional CIO. Those duties include formulating strategic IT goals, planning the IT budget, analyzing and reworking business processes and facilitating technology changes. The vCIO can help customers maintain their IT infrastructure — keeping the lights on — but can also provide more-forward looking services. For example, a vCIO can work with customers to plan a technology roadmap, identify opportunities to use new technology tools. If a client lacks an internal IT department or has a very limited IT staff, the client may grant wider decision-making authority and technology deployment responsibilities to the vCIO. The main difference between the vCIO function and other technical advisory services is that the vCIO takes a broader view of the client, focusing on business and IT alignment.
